Dr. Delbert Blair has lectured extensively throughout the past decade to audiences all over the world. On all occasions, his mixture of science, astrology and common sense strikes awakening chords not only in his followers but in skeptics as well. “There is much preparation that needs to take place during the transition from the Piscean to the 5th Dimensional Shift,” warns Blair. “My lectures have taken on the purpose of helping the world prepare in order to Prosper, to Live and to Die.”
